第二百七十五条 保险标的发生推定全损，被保险人要求保险人按照全部损失赔偿的，应当在合理的时间内向保险人委付保险标的。保险人可以接受委付，也可以不接受委付，但是应当在合理的时间内将接受委付或者不接受委付的决定通知被保险人。保险人未在合理的时间内通知被保险人是否接受委付的，视为不接受委付。

"Cloning streams in Node.js's fetch() implementation is harder than it looks. When you clone a request or response body, you're calling tee() - which splits a single stream into two branches that both need to be consumed. If one consumer reads faster than the other, data buffers unbounded in memory waiting for the slow branch. If you don't properly consume both branches, the underlying connection leaks. The coordination required between two readers sharing one source makes it easy to accidentally break the original request or exhaust connection pools.
